Dr Patel was attentive and did not rush my appointment even though the surgery was possibly understaffed on the day and I waited quite a while to be seen. I was very happy with the consultation and the care I was afforded on the day. The receptionist was also very welcoming and efficient despite the demands on her time.

Honestly the best doctor at this practise. He was one of the team that was transferred over when another local practice closed down. We are very fortunate to have Dr. Patel’s calm, meticulous and genuine care. He has treated both myself and my mum, equally well, professional and a very good listener at what the issues are. GPs are under alot of pressure at the moment. But you never feel rushed with Dr Patel, which I appreciate as it alleviates having to make another appointment and therefore putting unnecessary undue pressure on the NHS. There is genuinely nothing I’d say that could improve even greater care, other than the fact that the practise manager should consider hiring more doctors at this practise given that the patients have recently almost doubled. Feels unfair for the drs here to take all of this on without more staff.

Dr. Patel was engaged, empathetic and actively listened - seeking clarification where necessary, and made a real effort to address my concerns in a professional and knowledgeable way. I wasn't rushed, and I left feeling that he genuinely cared about the outcome of the appointment.
